We are a team of lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, transaction consultants, and investors. We take care of entrepreneurs from the very launch of their business, through the entry of investors, all the way to a successful exit. We help successful business owners structure their activities and companies, guide people in the crypto space on how to optimally (not) pay taxes, and manage wealth for high-net-worth individuals. We provide comprehensive services spanning law, tax, and accounting. At the same time, we help our clients find investment opportunities, allocate capital, and manage their assets.

We believe in individual freedom, the free market, and a minimalist state. We don’t participate in public tenders, and we don’t take money from the state. We are deeply client-centric. You won't find any stuffy, old-school "mahogany-desk" law firm attitudes here. We believe that the law should enable business, not hold it back. We don't do pointless work just to file it away in a drawer, and we never push clients into unnecessary legal expenses. We do things efficiently and with a business mindset. We strictly stay away from illegal activities—but when it comes to taxes, we use the entire legal playing field to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

We want to take care of digital entrepreneurs from the very beginning of their journey, all the way to a company exit and wealth management. Currently, there are around 50 of us. We have no ambition to build a massive corporation; rather, we want to maximize the brainpower of our entire team. We are continuously expanding our wealth management branch. At the same time, we increasingly go beyond traditional legal advice and actively help clients with their core business. We don't plan to grow simply by inflating our headcount. We are building an efficient boutique, not a factory. Our goal is to increase the value of our work, not just rack up billable hours.

We don't have set working hours. We operate informally. We are on a first-name basis with each other, and usually with our clients as well. You won't find rigid salary grids, strict corporate processes, or formalistic management here. We are distributed across the country (with core offices in Prague and Brno). We are highly pragmatic and easy to agree with. We pay well—not based on formal credentials, but on your actual skills and the value you bring. We offer unlimited home office; the only boundaries are client meetings or basic team socialization. We care primarily about the speed and quality of your work, how well you communicate with clients, and meeting deadlines. Everything else is flexible. We have both the financial backing and the operational capacity to launch new, meaningful projects. And we are more than happy to fund effective education that deepens your skills and know-how.

Such a high degree of freedom requires an equally high level of self-discipline and a strong intrinsic work ethic. No one will stand over your shoulder to micromanage you. No one is going to hold your hand. You have to be able to manage yourself.
